I don't think I've ever been this scared in my life.... Me and my bro pull out of our dealer's driveway, and within 5 seconds we are being pulled over by a county sheriff. He had just bought an eighth, and we figured he had been watching the house. We just knew we were both goin to jail. Luckily, my brother and I had come up with a story before the ride out. Keep in mind that this is in a pretty rural area. We both grew up out here, but now I live about 30 minutes from there, and he lives about 2 hours away. The closest towns have 300 - 400 people. My brother tells the sheriff that he had done some work for our dealer awhile back and we were just stopping by to say hi. Problem is that my brother lives 2 hours away. So immediately he says "You drove 2 hours just to say hi?". I never changed my address on my license from about 5 years back, so the address on my license still shows an address that is within 10 minutes from there. So my brother told the sheriff he was visiting me. He then asked for my license. After he bought our story, he informed us that our dealer's house had recently been burglarized, so they were wanting to make sure that we didn't just break in.....Seems kinda strange, but he really had no probable cause to pull us over. Who knows??? I just figured I was goin to jail and losing my good job. Sorry for ramblin on...
I know, right? He was actually parked in the ditch in front of her house. Maybe our story was just that good?
