  1. 2 6oz Steaks
    Red Pepper
    Tabule
    Tomatoes
    Soy Sauce

Slice the Red pepper vertically and place in a soy sauce marinade just plain soy sauce
Get the steaks a few days in advance and put them in this marinade:

    Lemon juice
    Beer
    Italian Red Pepper dressing
    Cayanne pepper
    Montreal Steak seasoning
    Rosemary
    Thyme

You can buy packages of tabule at the store all you need to add is tomatoes and lemon juice. Follow the intructions should take 15 minutes of your time between cutting and adding hot water. You just need an hour or so to let it cool in the fridge

Put the steaks on the grill, sear each side and then toss the pepper on the grill. Take it off and serve.

    Good with a cabernet(sp)

    Thin Spagetti noodles
    Artichoke hearts
    Fresh basil
    1 cup Fresh roma tomatoes
    1 tbsp Capers
Imatation crab or real if you got the dough
    1/3 cup Onions
    1 clove Garlic

Get a pot going for the noodles and add garlic salt, toss them in once when it gets to a rapid boil once they are in:

Take the onions and chop very fine as well as the garlic put in a pan with extra virgin olive oil on low to get some color. Chop up tomatoes and artichoke hearts (thick 1/4"-1/8" squares) and throw in with the onions and garlic add crab. Roll basil into a ball and then chop (extracts most flavor) add the capers last and let all the juices mix together and add some more extra virgin olive oil.

If your a good cook then by smell you will know when the sauce is ready. Just empty the noodles on a plate and pour the sauce on top.

i'm definately going to try making it but 1 question "whats cilantro?"

  6. I'd love to put up more recipes but I have an issue even remembering how to make stuff. Most of the time I throw food together by "feel." If the color looks right and has the right consistency then the majority of the time I got my "recipe" dead on. I'll try and write down more of the stuff I make.
