does anybody know what happens if a flowering plant if introduced back into veg stage. just wandering

What happens to the bud is this: The budding sites all revert back to veg and each bud site begins to branch out. I do not reveg a flowering plant until I harvest much of the top of the plant. I leave the bottom bud site which are seldom mature anyway to reveg. This creates a very bushy branchy plant after about 4 weeks. It takes on avg. 10-15 days for it to revert back to veg, and then it grows like a weed for the last 2 weeks, then I throw it back into flowering again to get a second yield off the plant. I will look and see if I have any reveg pics from previous grows. less
