yesterday i made some cannabutter and baked it into cookies with much success. I used a half O of high quality shake and simmered it on low for around a half hour into one stick of butter with a little oil and water. drained it. ended up with about a quarter cup of clearish green butter. used that as the one stick the store bought mix called for. ate one cookie of my original batch of 40 ish. and smoked a little. and was blown to timbuktu . woke up like drowsy from the night before haha. but i resimmered my ground up, drained Half O in another stick of butter and a little oil. wondering how potent the second batch will be if i were to make one with this new stick. should i possibly add a little more bud? how much?

    thanks for your input

  2. the only reason im suggesting this would even work is because i've heard of it working, and i used so little butter for that whole half O on the first run through.

  3. i too would like to know if this could be done.. im sure it would work.. i was gonna just add the leftover bud to some spaghetti sauce that i have made already and munch down.. hoping it gets me stoned.

  4. It will work but you will probably have to eat like 20 to get baked...Im pretty sure baking if you did it right gets out 99% of the shit out

  5. it proably will work since you only simmered the first batch for 30 minutes, which is waaay under recomended times to allow for most of the cannabinoids to bond with the butter.

next time you do it try simmering for longer.
