well yesterday i came into my house(living with parents still 18 btw) and my douche bag of an older borther (21) took 4 bucks from my room. it didnt really bother me to much. so today i leave my bowl in between two baskets under my lamp because no one was home. he has his own bowl but never smokes weed. i decide to get a shower and he comes home and starts asking if there was any food he could eat and im like no you fat ass. i then here the sound of my bowl being taped against wood (that distinct sound of glass/metal), i looked around everywhere and could not find it at all. so i went and took his glass chillum and he hasn't mentioned it yet, but he would probably raise hell and try to rat on me to my parents who dont support my habit one bit. i was in the process of buying a new bowl anyway but i was hoping to sell that one too pay for it, now im planning on selling his. Retaliate by selling his piece?, or cut my losses by putting it back and get another for me.

I'd just keep his piece if it's glass and yours is metal. Just tell him you don't know what the fuck he's talking about. If he pushes the issue, tell your parents he's on drugs and accusing you of stealing some kind of crack-pipe glass thing and you don't even know what he's talking about. Tell them you're worried about him and stage an intervention.
haha yeah do this or you could get a new one because who doesnt like new glass right? or if you know for a fact that he took it just keep it or sell it.
You could go all out indian giver on him, and sell his pipe, and just buy him a new one (assuming he doesnt notice its stolen) and be like surprise i figured you needed a new pipe and give that new one to him... then fucking steal it, sell it, and buy another one for yourself, just for the effect of showing him how much of a dick he is being..... then, if he steals that one, poop in his fucking pillow (this is completely too much work, and fictional, unless you want to make it a non-fiction, then go ahead )
