resizing images?

    well i found a clip and made it into a sig.

    its in the 200Kb's i think , and the max here is 20kb i think?

    how would i resize it?

    dont think you are allowed animated sigs, even though that one is cool as fuck! says OfuhQ perfectly

    when i tried to upload a annimated sig in gif format iy said i wasnt allowed, thats all i know
