    btw i forgot to answer ur questions, if there is a good amount of res built up in ur pipe then yes you can extract it and get pretty high off it. as far as thc content goes its fairly low, res is much higher in cannabinol (cbn) its another major component of herb and gets you a really stoned couch lock feeling.
