Requesting Help On Building A Vape

Discussion in 'Cannabis Vaporizers & Vaping Tips' started by avaveo, May 8, 2014.

  1. Hey, I'm new to the community and was wondering if anyone could give me suggestions on what I should get for my first vape.

Should there be a kit I should get? What kit?

Should I get a bunch of different parts? Which build would be best?

My budget is under $100, and would appreciate the following features:

    - E-Liquid Capability
    - Dry Herb Capability
    - Metal structure
    - Small/Sleek
    - At least 11000Mah Battery

Many thanks to anyone who helps

I smoke weed on the weekends with the guys and E-Liquid throughout the week when im bored (no nicotine), so something that handles all of that best would be nice.

  2. youre gonna need more than 100$

  3. You ever built a pen?
    Adj Battery - 35
    Wax Globe - 35
    Charger - 5
    Glycerin piece - 20

OP, no vape pen is going to properly vaporize dry herbs so steer clear of the dry herb tanks.
If you have access to concentrates, build a pen. If not you're wasting your money on an electronic one hitter.

  4.
    And a bigger boat.... :ey:

  5.
Good to know... I was looking at one of those iTaste builds with the Vhit dry herb tank. Didn't like how the "vaped" herb looked on the inside... looked more combusted than vaped.

  6. It's directly in contact with the heating element, which is why the herb looks combusted, ie it combusted :smoking:

Screw buying a prebuilt pen, check out WaxPayne guide. First page he explains virtually everything you need to know.

  7. So I decided to stay old school and stick to paper for herb :)

And then, I purchased 2 Kanger Evod VV Twist Batteries 1000mah, 1 Kanger Mini Protank 3, 1 Kanger Mini Protank T3D, and 1 Ismoka Mini, a charger, and some E-Liquid for around $60.

Thanks for everyone's input and I wish you all the best.
