if you give out negative rep (which i never do but sometimes has to be done) can that person see that you gave it to them? i dont want some , not nice, lets say, person to see that i gave them neg rep and give it back just to stick it to me thank you.
yea they can see. go to user cp and u can see if they neg repped u back. if its unjust and u feel something should be done you could ask RMJL to take a look at it and see if it was justifyed. not sure if she will do it but im pretty sure she would, shes a cool mod and normally dishes out the justice as needed
