So i've just topped this lady today, and I was wondering if it's a good idea to remove the lower branches?(look at picture)

If any of you guys have anything else to add that I could improve, feel free!

Thanks for your time, may you have a lovely weekend! :)

  2. after you top, treat each top as a new individual plant. I remove the bottom two nodes of everything. The finished product should be a canopy which does not exceed the penetration limit of the light.

So if i understand it correctly, you're telling me i should remove those two branches i highlighted, right?

  5. It's optional. I would. Everything you remove will cost you yield. If you're running low and need every last little bit, don't remove anything. Those lower branches can grow very strong and tall on the outside of the plant. If you are growing for cannabis pleasure, part of that pleasure is observing art and science in your pruning decisions. If it's a democracy, I always vote to remove. If you listen to your heart, nothing will ever get cut. That's why I like mainlining. No decisions. I have a big heart. In my world everything gets removed by decree and I had nothing to do with it.

  7. @Talkative Do you recommend to top them once, or twice? :)

  8. Yes . Bye bye .
Any branch that you know will only produce popcorn buds needs to go . BYE BYE ! .
These are good branches to use for clones .

  10. I remove under 4, whether I top or LST. It's a method that I'm comfortable with and is more productive for my objective of exposing nodes that will produce stacked buds. But I'm only familiar with Auto's. This method might stress photo's.
