Religion and Satanism

Discussion in 'Religion, Beliefs and Spirituality' started by SixTimesThree, Feb 5, 2011.

  1. I think this is the right section for this thread. Correct me if i am wrong.

OK, first of all, i am ANTI-RELIGION! I am NOT a satanist.

OK. So this just came to my mind and i had to share my feelings with my fellow blades.

I do not believe in a God. I never have. Ive been ridiculed and insulted by Christians (Not in a general speculation, but they were heavy Christians/Catholics, etc.) because of the way I look and my beliefs. I just do not agree with religion.

My first point i must write is God. How the world was created by a God, everythng is done/exists etc. because of this God. Now, i respect peoples beliefs, but science has basically disproven everything religion believes in.

Do you guys know the old, "Can God create a stone that not even he can lift?" Now, before i continue, God is supposed to be able to do anything, correct? Well, if God CAN create that stone, than he can't lift that stone. Therefore, he cannot do anything. If he CANT create that stone, he STILL cannot do anything.

Now for the Satanism part. When people think of Satanism, 90% think of devil worship and evil. Now, im not a satanist, so correct me if i get this wrong. The MAIN belief of Satanism is that YOU are the God. The world Starts and ends with YOU. Believe in YOU. When you die, this world as you know it, ends. Which is completely true if you think about it! I mean, yes, the earth and people will still be here, but your life and your world end.

This is why i think, if i was religious, that Satanism is much more just than Christianity. Christians have thought less of me because of the way i look basically my whole life. (Im not deformed or anything... lol. just the way i dress and look.) Because just because i dont look like them, im less holy, right? Fuck that. Satanism believes in self confidence and YOU.

Ugh. sorry blades. i had to get that shit off my chest. Been on my mind allllll fucking day. I might have missed key points and all, so correct me if needed.

  2. Like what? You mind giving me some examples? If you say the creation, we can never prove how the Universe came to exist definitively, though it can be known and seen in it's actual occurence. Not to mention the creation story isn't literal, it's kabalistic, as well as the entire bible, as well as being horribly mistranslated via a triple translation, but I'd be happy to give you the kabalistic meaning of the creation, because it in no way says dinosaurs never existed or that man as we know him today started with Adam.

I've never read that God can do "anything", even miracles work inside the laws, but your thinking of omnipotence. Omnipotent doesn't mean infinite power, it means having all power. Even in the case of infinite power, and saying that God was a man in the sky, if he had infinite power, it would mean the weight of the stone would increase into infinity, as well as his strength. His strength to lift the stone would continually increase as would the weight of the rock, so there would never be a time when he could neither lift nor not lift it, it would just go on endlessly, the rock being too heavy to lift, then his strength increasing to lift it, then the rocks weight increasing, into infinity. So that idea is impossible and proves absolutely nothing, because it tries to put limit on infinity, which is irrational.

  3. .....fuck dude. o_O sure know your stuff. i was just speaking from what i know and believe. ^that right there makes me understand a little better and a little less. if you know what im saying

  4. Yea I don't blame you or the other guys for not believing religion, because the religion preached in church doesn't appeal to the reason only the heart. Eventually people in general will start to develop the necessary faculties to understand the meanings. In an age of progressing science and reason the church has failed to progress along side it and hence more and more people are abandoning it.

  5. i get you completely

  6. I'd say my explanation is a lot more logical and doesn't set limits on God in any way, other than God can only do what is just by the Laws that ARE God in a sense.

  7. Yes that is much more logical and explains much more but that page he posted was like a giant "Fuck You" to atheists. and it just fits this situation perfectly... idk. i might just bee too high :D but now im on a quest to find a spherical triangle. i respect you for how much deep thought you put into thiss. opens my mind up a bit

  8. I find this commonly among people who say they are "ANTI-RELIGION". They say this and then immediately focus on 1 religion. Usually, that religion is the one they've been ridiculed by the most. You realize that Satanism is a religion, don't you?
Science actually doesn't deny the existence of the Deity. Show me some proof of how science has disproved His existence.
You're questioning something you don't even believe in. This will lead to the logical fallacy you just presented. God is supposed to be able to do anything, correct. Omnipotent (All-Powerful). You're giving God human-like qualities and the Deity is NOT a human.
You must understand what God means. God is eternal, therefore if YOU were the God, you would be eternal. Your life on earth ends, this is correct. But since YOU are eternal, your life would continue elsewhere. The Bible talks about the after-life and explains how YOU cannot save yourself, primarily because YOU are not God.
The main message of Christianity is LOVE. It sounds like you've encountered Mormons, not Christians. I mean, look at the way Jesus and His disciples dressed. They were not clean-cut, had long hair, and were, for the most part, not well-pleasing men to look at. I am a Christian and I can tell you right now that I love you no matter what you look like or what you believe in. This is the message Jesus preached. You should love your neighbor as though it was yourself and I stand firmly behind it :)

  9. You actually are the ONLY one who can save yourself. If you were sliding down a slope, and at the end was a cliff at a height that would kill you, and down the line there was a little lip that you managed to grab to keep from sliding off the edge, it was the lip you grabbed that saved you, correct, but if you had not striven to grab that lip you would not have been saved.

Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom.

Yet people look for a 2nd man to come as Christ, when it says we "will meet him in the air" "in the twinkling of an eye". You are told there will be imposters, and people will say Christ has come again in the desert or a city, but you must not go or you'll be deceived. How will you know when he comes? "A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign, and there shall no sign be given unto it but the sign of the prophet Jonah". Jesus asks his disciples who the people say he is, Elijah, John the Baptist, and other prophets they answer, but when he asks who the disciples who they think he is, Simon is quick to answer that he is the Christ, because Simon is able to see the mark of the Master, something that cannot be hidden and is only seen with the spiritual sight. And Jesus says to Simon "And I say also unto thee that thou art Peter (which actually says "petros" which means "a rock) and upon this rock (petra) I will build my church". And like the flood, "men will be feasting, and marrying, and merry making" when it occurs. Everyones looking for some drastic apocalyptic scenario to happen, it ain't gonna happen bro lol.

If you look back to the flood, and also look at the how the Earth came to be today, you will notice something. At first the earth was formless, it was just a loose ball of gases and matter that had not completely hardened into the 3rd rock from the sun. When it did take on a solid form, it was incredibly hot. Then through the introduction of meteors striking the planet, water was brought. When you apply water to a hot object, you get steam. Earth in those early times before "the flood" had an incredibly thick fog/mist permeating the air, and though science doesn't say this, one can look to man of that time (not man as homosapien-sapien he is today) and he had a gill like breathing structure, and populated a relatively small area of the earth. What had caused the flood was this thick heavy mist condensing and causing the flooding of that area. The ones who had not gone on to evolve "lungs" died off.

Likewise, at the "2nd coming of Christ" when we "meet him in the air", those who have not evolved the more subtle bodies (and with that evolution comes the spiritual sight) to be able to "meet him in the air" will be left behind. The angels and arch-angels too were once as man, but evolution is a never ending thing, and they shed the dense bodies. The Lucifer spirits were those stragglers of that period of evolution, and so "fell from heaven" or rather never got there at all with the rest of the angels, but helped their younger brothers in man to become aware of the body, to "eat from the tree of good and evil (duality)", at which point we came to a knowledge of the outer worlds, we "knew we were naked", where before we only had knowledge of the inner spiritual worlds, and hence fell from paradise and became forgetful of that world, so that we could learn in the material world.

You're probably saying "1Trismegistus1, you a goofy motherfucker, no one could possibly know such things" and I say unto you "the Lord will come like a thief in the night" and by your idleness of expectancy to be saved by a matter of simple belief, you will be left behind for your "flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom" :D. Or perhaps you will learn further down the line, but the student who learns things before the rest of his class can move on to higher grades at a younger age and help his former class mates get better grades.

And that's the end of that. lol, enjoy my crazy Rosicrucian ramblings for those who may be interested, for those who think it's foolish, that's all good too.

  10. Wouldn't a rock that cannot be lifted look like every rock?

  11. i have noooooo clue whyy..... but that made me fucking laugh :D
