They have a wide spectrum (really not needed here though, 2700 and 6500 will do) but have very low lumens. Lumens are key. Thanks for the suggestion though
No, they are not. Lumens are a unit of measurement that accounts for how humans perceive light intensity, which involves a lot of green spectrum energy that coincidentally is "invisible" to plants (they are green, after all). There are other units of measurement that attempt to quantify light in a way that is more directly useful for comparison when the application is providing light to plants for photosynthesis.
