Hey folks, I just when out and bought a $150 VISA Pre-Paid Debit card and wanted to go ahead and buy some seeds. Most of the sites listed as 'legit' only take bank transfers and money orders. Is there a pretty reliable seed bank that accepts this form of payment?

you can try provisionseeds, i used paypal but never did prepaid visa before. i think prepay visa has some restrictions?
If it can be used for international purchases you can use it with marijuana-seeds.nl, Herbies and Attitude.
Are u sure your able to use it internationally? The egular ones with a pre loaded amount wont work, most wont work anymore
I heard mango master card was a good virutal card for international purchas never tryed but I did read about it
