Regarding Recent legalization

  1. What's the deal with the federal law? from what I hear that is supposed to be a big deal. But how is it possible for it to be legalized if it's still against the law?

    WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN

Okay first off states are allowed to enact laws not regulated by the federal government to the states by the tenth amendment. However, the federal government has classified marijuana as a scheduled 1 drug, that has no medical benefits.

What's is going to happen is local cops will enforce the state laws, but DEA won't. Most likely someone will be arrested and taken to court. Appeals will go through and the courts will decide between state rights and federal interstate commerce. Basically the state supreme court or SCOTUS, federal supreme court will rule.

I will still be careful if you reside in those states for a few months or a year.

  4. Personally, I hope that it becomes a bigger issue. That way it will get more attention more people will address it, instead of the media avoiding it.

  5. There's going to be an uproar if they try to stop it

  6. Look for narcs at every level to become bigger assholes than they already are. (Just like they did in Cali after Prop 215 passed there.)

  7. We still don't know how Obama's going to react being that it's his last term

  8. Department of Justice said on 60 minutes they won't pursue Colorado/Washington at first. They are basically going to use the states as an experiment to see the social, economic, and criminal impacts the legalization has.

  9. Obama should stop playing the hater card since he cant get re-elected again and stop being a hypocritical whiney fucking bitch, is what should happen

what will happen, feds will likely raid a few places hoping to scare legalization right out of our nickers and we will just sit here and tell them to go fuck off because they cant bust all of us

same they did with mmj, perform a few extremely high profile raids (well, more than a few, but not even close to a lot compared to the amount of mmj shops out there) and hope people get scared, it didnt work
