The best LEDs out there are quantum boards. Stay away from blurples at all costs. They are falsely advertised and the worst lighting out there. To get an idea, check out www.horticulturelightinggroup.com As for yield, thats very dependent on how you grow, the medium you grow in, how you train the plants. Your skill is gonna be a major factor for yields. Quantum boards will give you some great weight though. Lastly, OG is great stuff but its really not important to tell us the strain when asking about yields. Not all OG is the same so its not super relevant. But good genetics sre a great start! Cobs work, Horticulture lighting group is good. Fluence spyder is good. I'm using Raymatix. I used one of their lights last time and got a little over 1.5g/w with a 500W. Using 800W this time so we'll see. You can substitute about 600W for a 1000W DE.
