So my reflector arrived the other day and the glass had broken in the box during shipping. It looks like the shards have (very) lightly scratched areas on the reflective surface. The company I ordered from, Greners, says this will have no effect on its performance, that they can ship a replacement glass and all will be fine. Does this sound valid or should I be insisting on a full replacement?
Effect is Insignificant . With a little complaining you could however, get a little discount on your next order. ( Every little bit helps ) Due to insufficient packaging , your schedule has been delayed .
