im using white paint in my area maybe mylar but probably paint is there any different between flat white semi gloss and glossy white? jw cause iv alwaysed used mylar just really broke
i read that glossy aint good all you need is FLAT white pait its good with reflection i think that was in the cannabible but i would do mylar can increase light by like 20% and its not expensive
its not that glossy or semi-gloss wont work flat white paint reflects as much or more light than glossy types, but with no hot spots, as flat white spreads the light better. more even light distribution
