    If you havent seen this movie you need to check it out...i am shocked funny man kevin smith directed/wrote it. i bet the fundamentalist religious organizations are flippin out about this....or maybe their psycho asses are enjoying it....either way check it out, its on Video on Demand...9 bucks on you tube.

    haha if you think this movie is wtf....trying looking up Westboro baptist church....the pastor of that religious group inspired kevin smith to write this movie...

    I love Kevin Smith's movies, I'll have to check this one out tonight. I wish he could make another movie like one of the classics Mallrats or Chasing Amy.

    Have you guys actually read any background Info about this movie. Kevin Smith invited the westburo Baptist church to the screening they came and within 25minutes they left.

    A woman allegedly spoke out about this and basically she used to live in a combine..apparently she was livid about how real the movie was...
    Not a horror movie to me more like reality

    I liked this film alot i was so high when i watched it first.
    Part that stuck with me the most i think is how the one kid survives for fucking ages, eventually teams up with the eldest girl from the church and its like omg yay these 2 are gonna survive and shit

    and then BAM BAM to the fucking head[​IMG]

    The thing about red state is that the preaching scene was just way too long, I was waiting for the story to actually progress but the scene felt like it was around 20 minutes. It wasn't bad and it was great it was ok for me...7/10
