  3. Hell yes!!!!:metal:
I was just recently in a rhcp cover band. Didn't play many gigs but it was fun while it lasted. Fleas basslines are fucking beast.

  4. Love them they are coming to Atlanta phillips arena to be exact. Waited online for tickets to become available and tried to get 4 seats and check out as quickly as possible. Little did I know the whole concert was going to sell out in under 4 Minutes!!!! Seriously 4 Minutes !!guess my trigger finger is a little slow or something but sucks for me!

  5. New album is so sick, one of my favorite albums in a lonngggg time

I love covering some "Can't Stop" on my acoustic, at parties and stuff. Yeah, I'm THAT guy. Everybody loves the ska breakdown just before the solo.

  7. Can't wait to see them march 13th.

One Hot Minute doesn't get enough credit. Its different, but still good. Oh, and you really haven't listened to them unless you've heard them live.

  9. He's no John Frusciante by any means, i just think this album is so nice to chill out to, get baked, put some headphones in and put this album on, :smoke:
I do love their old stuff though, just not many artists impress me today but this album was a savior

  10. I'm not sure how fast their show in Memphis sold out, but I was waiting on tickets to go on sale exactly at 10am, and still the best I could get was in the balcony.

  11. The Rhcp will always be one of my favorite bands. Flea's the one who got me into playing bass. I wasn't to pleased with their new album though. To me it lacked allot of originality. I was very sad to hear John Frusciante left the band. The band seems to flow better with John. Personally i find their stuff from the 80's wayy better. Mothers milk has to be one of my favorite albums of theirs. Love them and always will just wished they went back to the crazy funk/rap stuff like they used to be.

  13. Much love to the peppers, but they're nothing without John.

  14. I didn't like the new album, but I didn't expect it to be very good without John. I like his personal style more than the Chili Pepper's.

I don't listen to them much anymore, but I still listen to John's stuff.

  15. The way I discovered RHCP was pretty interesting. Grew up listening to reggae, calypso and rap. I wasn't into bubblegum pop like most girls my age were into during the 90s and early 00s. Then when I was 9 I heard Busta Rhymes "Break Ya Neck". In the beginning he sings part of the chorus of "Give It Away". I wondered where that came from for the longest time. :)

  16. Going to a show in January. SOOO FUCKING STOKED. This is one of my all time dream concerts so I'm pretty excited about it.

  17. By The Way is probably my favorite album by them.

  18. I haven't giving the new album and good chance I just hate to see them without John.

but them playing with my favorite band of all time is just amazing....

    Favorite Chili Peppers song.

Live, but listen to that essence of enjoyment. Look at John; Jesus plays guitar. Nothing was ever the same thing with John, and he played absolutely amazingly.

This is what makes RHCP so great, and part of that is no longer in accordance with the others. I will always love them, but they'll never be the same without John.
