White Horse Inn, Recreational Marijuana Club In Colorado, Closes Day After Opening I wonder if they knowingly violated their lease, that would be stupid.
I suspect the landlords got a call "encouraging strict enforcement" of all terms of the lease. Who could have called them? Fed prosecutors? Hmmm.... Much too coincidental. I doubt the landlord wanted it sitting vacant not earning rent whilst they find a new tenant.
Hehehe, Del Norte, not exactly a high-rent district. If this dumbass saved his lunch money for two weeks he could buy a place, and put his own real estate at risk.
would u have to have a medical card to smoke weed there ? or anyone like 18 or 21 + could smoke ? thats cool. kinda like a place to go hang out and smoke weed and socalize ? this sounds like a pot frat! haah
I think they know darn well it will do good business. Being so early into this new law, and the fed response (or half response once again is more like it) so much up in the air. I don't think many municipalities want to get into a legal skirmish with the Feds. I think it will be a while til the dust settles and such establishments won't face opposition. Heads not getting cracked and black markets not being rewarded in the meantime is a good thing.
