I want to take a short (1 week) vacation in March, somewhere in the Caribbean. Priorities: vacation home rental would be best (all-inclusive resort = last choice); ocean view; availability of weed; friendly locals. I've been to Jamaica twice. Had a blast both times and stayed at all-inclusive resorts. I'm looking for a different experience this time. Any blades have recommendations?
