    Happy Growing!!!

  2. I’ve used them all. Mammoth pnis flowering microbes. If you grow in living soil, give at least once a week.

    Fish shit feeds the microbes

Temp tea veg is a nice light veg tea

And the bud igniter is used at the onset of flower to jumpstart the process. Good scores.

  3. mammoth P a LOT of growers use that i know supposed to be good. my dad has some Roots fertilizer but dont think he has yet to use it he uses granular fertilizer not miracle grow but same concept basically. seems to do okay..

the other 2 never seen or heard of. fish poop is widely used in aquaponics that is how we fertilize our plants. aquaponics is basically hydroponics but with a fish tank on the bottom and your grow bed on top. you feed the fish, fish poop, water gets recycled to your grow bed via a pump and strained via your medium in our case it's lava rocks but ceramic balls or plastic balls are common as well and the plants basically take up the fish poop as nutrients. plants grow crazy in it though at least the ones we grow usually just basic vegetables like tomatoes and bunch of herbs and taro which is a root plant you can boil and eat kind of like sweet potatoes or mash it up into poi

  4. You must be in Hawaii. My uncle retired to Honolulu. The wife and I will be making a trip out in the next few years

  5. yea i live on Oahu lots of people come here to retire i honestly don't understand why the cost of living here is insane. if prices weren't crazy or people actually paid more then it would be okay im literally thinking of changing my occupation just to easily make double what im currently making as a cook.

  7. Ahhh. I love fish shit. Expensive, but worth it. I'm an organic grower with no nutes. I've have talked to the co-founders extensively on multiple occasions. I have used mammoth P in one plant side by side with another, not using it. Didn't notice a difference. But with the fish shit, that stuff is amazing. Ill post a few pics in a bit of a plant that was a dead stick basically. It had frozen solid for 5 days and I thought it was a gonner. Most every leaf fell off and the ones that didnt, turned brown and I cut them off. I thawed it under cfls and only watered with fish shit in my organic soil. It came back. Healthy. Ended up a 10 footer. I have a side by side pic of the plant 4 days apart after transplanting from 5 gal to 25 gal pot. Only using fish shit. The growth was insane. Since I have started using it, my root mass has almost doubled. And you know what they say, the bigger the root, the bigger the fruit. Yeah baby. Fish shit rules.

  8. Roots products are great, except the fungus gnat filled soil. The fish shit is awesome too.

  9. yea the cook scene here is bleh.. not much variety or really good restaurants to work for all the big name chefs here pay cheap. pay usually is $11-15 which isn't even enough for you to make a living off of unless you work 2 full time jobs. fun profession but the cost they paying here for the amount of living it's not worth it.

thinking of quitting my new job too the company is fishy. don't want us to clock in our hours guessing owner can't afford to pay employee's idk though pretty much just thinking of just sticking it out for a year and leaving and then going back to school for something that pays better. at this rate im going to end up homeless or working 2-3 jobs just to not be homeless

  10. That sucks.. I heard the cost of living is crazy and the pay scale isn't in line.

  11. yes. rent for i think 1 bedroom apartment here is i believe $1.5k at cheapest. usually this doesn't include parking, pool if your apartment has a pool they force you to help pay even if you dont use it. usually all that covers i believe is water and sewage and maybe gas for your stove.

this is why a lot of people here live at home with parents or siblings and split the rent. the term "living in your moms basement" is a norm here rent so damn high we just end up chipping in for a house and splitting it up like a town house in the end.

i live in the major city honolulu so it's even more expensive but most people who want to own a home but can't afford typically live far out where the homes are cheaper but commute is hell. it's getting worse this year on my island as well or already has they are increasing taxes for our island because they are building a rail way system thinking people will use it to alleviate the traffic so basically taxes went up for no reason. homelessness rising, cost of living rising, everything basically rising XD
