  1. According to the news anchor on my local news channel a man from Michigan was arrested for smoking outside a casino. She said that as long as you have a copy of your medical marijuana application you are allowed to medicate yourself under law. Is this true?
     
  2. Yes... in the privacy of your home or some other private location. It does not authorize you to smoke in public.
