Really concerned about my health. Any advice would be appreciated.

  1. I've recently started smoking weed in about October. I never really had crazy stuff or smoked that much. but me and 3 other friends smoked a dub of white widow it was the best high I've ever experienced. It was the strongest stuff, and the most amount of weed I've ever smoked. I woke up with chest tightness and a cough but didn't expect it to last. I walked home fine and dandy, but later on in the day I became lethargic kind of like I was high again. And my eyes were blazed, and I shook a lot. I went to bed at about 6 last night, and here I am at 2 am looking for advice, because I'm still experiencing these things to a lesser degree, except the lung problems which are as strong as ever. Should I be concerned or will it pass?

  2. Was the weed moldy?

  3. I don't believe so, no.

  4. I've had similar and the effects went away without any major issues.

  5. alright good, Thanks. But if anyone else sees this and can share a similar story please do. Because I really didn't expect this and all my friends have never even heard of it.

Yes, this is normal, don't worry.

Especially since you're a newbie to pot, your lungs take some time to get adjusted to the abuse. You were probably smoking past your lung's limit at this intense smoke sesh. Don't worry, it's pretty much impossible you did any long-term damage unless your weed was laced, which it doesn't sound like it was since you were fine when you smoked it.

Just drink some warm water and sip tea with some honey and lemon throughout the day. In addition, eat some eggs as the Vitamin A will help your lungs repair.

If it's 2 AM, your ass should be in bed btw.

  7. You might just have a chest cold on top of getting blazed. Sharing a pipe or bong does not help.

  8. oh mate you probably have laced weed

had this happen to a friend before, didn't help he was tokin out of aluminium and couldn't get out of bed for a week due to aluminium poisoning

    lololol @ aluminum poisoning.

    O and the laced part.

You're fine it was strong that's all. I'd be high feeling for 2 days when i started. Eat something and hydrate. Sleep it off you'll be fine. You might have a cold or something though that won't help.

  10. haha im not even kidding, was a aluminium can...

If you smoked a joint it's because of that, your lungs aren't use too it. Take it slow.

Remember to eat always! when your high, weed lowers your blood sugar so you need all the food you can get or you'll feel sick.
