Ready to harvest?

Discussion in 'Harvesting and Processing Marijuana' started by Chronic91, Nov 7, 2012.

  1. Due to lack of experience I can't really tell I'm should harvest or not.
However from what I have read/seen, I think that 1 out the three plants is ready.
    Would appreciate any opinions :)

  2. My plant looks like yours and I'm not sure if it's ready to harvest either :/.

I want to hear what everyday has to say about your plants.

  3. Plant 2 looks ready....but I would wait a few or more days anyhow...plants 1 & 3 look close. Maybe a week more at least on those. But your close!!!

  4. If either of you have the cash, go to a Radio Shack or similar store and get a x30-x60 scope to look at your tricoms (sp?) or look up the flowering time on a plant. I always keep a calendar just for my plants. That way I know where I'm at.

  5. prepper is correct. google "when is marijuana ready for harvest" and read/learn. Thats what i did!!

  6. Calendar is a good idea, I'm going to order the magnifying glass today then take a look at the trichs.

Is it ok just to cut stem by stem hang it upside down in a paper bag to dry?

  7. Drying method is really up to you, just make sure the humidity is level (50%) and there is air flowing through the drying room but not directly on the buds. Save your trimmings to make hash or oils!

  8. Ok sweet, is there a recommended temperature for drying?
