So you started in FFOF, correct? And your 5 gallon has the same FFOF soil in it awaiting a new arrival already, right? You are talking about organic nutes correct? To many d x c + (w/r = FDSP for me to answer.
If you are transplanting and still planning to veg for a little while you don't need to add any nutes. Let the plant soak up the nutrients in the fresh soil. You should be fine for a couple weeks without needing to add any other nutes
