I noticed a lot of people are using 1" or 2" PVC to connect their buckets together. I would like to be able to turn my buckets a little bit so I was planning on using rubber hoses instead. Will 1/2" tubing be able to keep up with the 200GPH water pump? I just don't want to have the buckets on the end full while the rez is empty. I'm guessing if not, I could probably work out some sort of trick with a timer on the pump but would rather not have to worry about an additional timer.
I have a bunch of 1/2" tubing laying around and I figured, the 200gph is pumping through 1/2" line with 1/4" lines splitting off to each bucket. Just wasn't sure if it could passively keep up using gravity.
