HAHA! Mhmmm Yea... the FDA raids just make me sooo mad... something has to be done about it, people need to stand up, we need to march to their main office and just .... set it on fire or something lol! "seeking illegal milk" haha... I can't believe we've come to this... I do vote thumbs up on that Almond Milk, I always liked it and they even have chocolate alm milk now I just tried recently But honestly, it's still not as nutritious as raw milk, I'd rather stick to cow milk, that Organic Valley one is expensive for a good reason, but damn, expensive lol
I am not sure if the raw cows milk will eleviate eczema symptoms Like raw goats milk? I will have to research it. I was just told raw goats milk... I agree about the Fda...its very wrong that we don't have more of a say in the foods we eat. I have even heard of peoples personal gardens being burned...

Goats milk is actually the closest to human milk, so we digest it easier than milk from any other animal. The taste *is* different, it can have a slightly earthy taste (or musky if the nanny has been kept near a buck, yuck!) and it varies from different breeds and their diet. but it's really healthy and goats are easier on the ecosystem.
Can you get goats milk in grocery stores? I'm thinking of switching to goat milk. Also does it come in chocolate form?
It sure will Honestly neither one has a disadvantage. And the reason why milk is even hard to digest at all is because of pasteurization. But um, of course we can't even avoid that anymore really lol, so go for goat if cow is hard to digest. Oh and yes, does goat come in chocolate ? And having read just earlier that profit is split between the grocery store, supplier brand, and then the farmer, it's not hard to see why these piece of shits will keep raiding their farms!
It may depend on your location (some states have really stupid laws), but here I'm able to buy goats milk (not raw unfortunately) in cartons at my local health food store. Not sure if it comes in chocolate, but it's not hard to make good chocolate syrup. You actually can get raw cow's (and goat for that matter). The difficulty in finding it depends on where you live. For instance, in Illinois you can buy a "cow share" where you are a partial owner of a cow (that the farmer keeps and cares for) and since you own the cow you are legally allowed to use the milk from the cow in it's natural state. I've also found, locally, a small dairy supplier who sells non-homogenized and minimally pasteurized milk and cream. Then again, in Washington state, raw milk is sold pretty much everywhere (I had one friend tell me he buys it from the gas station lol). If you're looking for raw cow's milk, try this link Where Can I Find Real (Raw) Milk?
I hate the heat, but I get tons of heat AND cold weather here. I'm moving as soon as I can lol btw, if you're in Austin (unless you haven't updated your location on here) there is a goat farm in your area that sells raw milk and cheeses Where Can I Find Real (Raw) Milk? and I bet if you asked, they might be able to point you in the direction of cow's milk as well
ya we are in Austin. I am not really interested in cow's milk, we are doing it because my youngest son (hes 20 months) has eczema reallllly badly. He wakes up in the middle of the night crying because he has scratched to the point of bleeding. So we were told to cut all dairy (cow based), gluten, nuts, and wheat from his diet. We eat clean for the most part so that wasn't all that hard, but he did drink milk, and we used milk to cook with. I have seen several goat farms and the farmers market sells goats milk/cheese, I am just worried it will be totally different and he wont take to it mostly. kwim?
