Anywhere else/holland: 6.

Utah/Illegal states/Canada/Mexico: 10.

10/10. You have it in your hand ready to smoke. You can't tell how potent a bud is from it's outsides. As someone smoking since 1968 I can assure you looks are not always equated with potency. The percent of terpenes and other factors go into a well balanced high. Enjoy. 10/10.
