i'm glad you agree with me because the people i saw it with loved it. i was laughing at the horrible story line, you know when some things are just so stupid you have to laugh? haha the whole movie was like that on another not i just watched funny people (good movie but it's more of a serious movie i thought) and i love you man (i liked this movie but can't remember it right now and i just watched it last night. i guess that tells you what kind of movie it is, no?) i thought both movies were good, watchable at least
Salo: 120 days of sodom-4/10 kind of a softcore fetish porn with some gross out shit-eating moments.... last 5 minutes are full of brutal torture Strangeland:5/10 okay but slow and rather poorly acted in spots, plus very little violence Bad Taste: 5.5/10 fun to watch but ridiculously low-budget and very amateur acting
Just saw District 9 last night. 6.5/10. I liked the acting...it felt natural. The plot was decent. It just wasn't my kind of movie.
Drag Me to Hell - 8/10 (solid) Quarantine - 8/10 (very cool movie with a different feel) The Haunting In Connecticut - 3/10 (AWFUL movie..boring/not scary at all/stupid plot and characters)
Horsemen (2009) I give a 3.5 out of 5. It was pretty interesting and kept me watching through most of the movie, I was pretty baked so I dozed off a few times after the blunt.
The last movie I watched was Never Back Down honestly. Although it isn't my favorite movie I believe it brings a good message you could say. I think we could relate to such a situation of not wanting to be the best, however just wanting to do what is just right. The movie also gets emotionaly exitng when your blazed!!!!
I saw Watchmen last night. I'd have to say it sucked.... but two characters, Dr Manhattan and the Smartest man in the world, said some prolific things that made the entire movie for me. I'd say 7/10
Gilda (1946) 4/5 An amazing old film that I can't believe I've looked over for so long. Rita Hayworth really puts it down in this movie.
Away We Go - 8/10 It was pretty funny. Krasinksi and rudolph made a good pair. "Your fucking uterus, is a motherfucking secret! Well fuck you!"
Freeze (the Korean one) 7/10 slower than molasses in january, but very odd. Very very odd. Korean stuff is often strange and moodly in a Berghman like way.
Midnight Meat Train - 9/10 It was a free movie on fearnet (Verizon Fios) and it was actually really fuckin' good! It even has Bullettooth Tony from Snatch! And the lead actor on Hostel 2. It's so greusome. Watch it before it's gone! (It's in the free movies section of Verizon On Demand. Go to FearNet)
