A friend showed up to blaze some last night, but rather than extract his very long dirty R00R
he pulled out a pack of the above, being 'merican papers I was very suspicious,
    and packed my own bong
    .

afterall what you need a wire for I asked, he suggested it was to make it straight,

and easier for leaner tokers ..lol

Yeah and you have smoked a billion Bluntz!

I said it looked dangerous you could poke you eye out but 2 minutes later we all now know

that the wire is to hold the reminder of the blunt,

the last half inch or so liked we used roach clips ....back in the day

Beside we got tons of weed and not used roaches since 1982?

    How things change

  2. I used those a few times back in the early 70's. I always preferred hemostats for a roach clip.
Nowadays I throw the last 1/2" away.

  3. I have used them many times over the years - the wire is used as a built in roach clip

  4. Ah the memories.....

I actually did come across these wired rolling papers (not sure what brand) back in the mid 80's and tried them a couple of times, but I always ended up going back to the good old classic zig-zags since I always had my handy little roach clip with me.

  8. So.... What do YOU do when your hands are cuffed behind your back and your balls start itching?
    Ask the cop for assistance?

  9. That's funny, but I was actually thinking more towards foreplay between two or more adults lol.

  10. Messing around with a pair of handcuffs
I asked my babe to put them on me behind my back
then she went to work ...bummer
I still slipped them off in under ...er ...30mins ..lol
I inserted the wire not into the lock but down the side ...lol
I used a large bed room mirror ...shame!

  13. It's a ratcheting lock. Similar to a come along. Same method used to manipulate a door knob.
Now days you need to be stronger than a monster zip tie.

  14. I never thought about that wire being strong enough.

  15. Both the Peerless and the Smith & Wesson appear to be such.
    Which brand is different?

  16. I don't understand the question. But I've only had experience with Peerless.
My dad was a cop in L.A. and he left that to start his own security business. He always had Peerless. There were always 2-3 sets in his desk.

  17. Sorry if I was obtuse; I have a way...
I'm only familiar with Peerless and Smith&Wesson brands of handcuffs.
They both appear to use the ratchet system.
Do you know of a company that does not?
    (tie-wraps seem the way....)

  18. Oh, no I don't. I never had to think about it. Never crossed my mind.
Chrome plated cuffs are still in use today, but I don't know why. Disposable zip ties seem like they'd work better, and be cheaper.
Perhaps because they also double as a helluva billyjack/metal knuckle weapon. One could adjust an attitude pretty quick with a set of cuffs. Well, there's that, and they can't be cut.
