You have potential, but are still definitely a beginner. Try some tutorials, even if you don't neccessarily need the product, because you learn an immense amount just from doing them. Looks pretty good so far! Try hiding the background, and on the foreground, go around the edges of whatever your trying to integrate into the background with the Blur Tool at 100% strength, it'll make it blend more smoothly and look seamless. Keep at it man!
