Yea, if it isnt a private school, get a lawyer and file suit. They cant randomly drug test students in a public school, thats insanely illegal.

EDIT: Oh, well then you signed an agreement to play sports and not do drugs. You are bound to that agreement, and I wouldnt break it if I were you.

Thats BULLSHIT. This is why our country is going down the drain. They cant do that shit, just because you drive to school. The more we let theese things slide, the less and less freedoms we have.

 

Yea man, that is complete and total bullshit. They cannot drug test you because you drive to school. Now, if you worked for the school system and drove a bus full of kids, then yea, they could drug test you then. But I dont think youre a bus driver .

You have rights granted to you by the constitution to keep shit like this being done to you. Exercise your rights, refuse to be tested, they cannot make you get tested. And they cannot expel you for refusing a test. If its a public school, you have to go to it because youre zoned to it, they cannot force you to sign that agreement to be tested because you have no other choice. File suit and end this kind of crap going on in our country, end the tyranny!

 

I am pretty sure that when you sign a drug, tabacco, and alcohol policy, they can test you

um... you really dont wanna save piss, they will tell trust me, i tried it once, i saved it for about a week
then i realized that i wasnt gonna be getting random drug tests, so i opened the bottle to poor it out, omg the stench was horrific, i swear there was shit growing in there, i have no idea if they can tell in the lab, but if they see it(it gets really really dark) and smell it, im pretty sure they will know.

in the lab, theyll prolly like test it and find some new wierd bacteria shit growing in there and put you up for like scientific research and anal probing and shit

When I went to highschool, the school was thinking of testing people who play sports (football). At the time, one of Howie Longs sons attended the school and Howie offered to pay for it. I guess it just fell through.peace

Urine is sterile. If it is put in a CLEAN container it should be okay if it's kept cold. They usually test the temperature immediately after recieving a sample to see if you snuck it in, because it should be body temperature, not 40 degrees. That's why they sell those things wear you use it to "wear" a bladder around you, so your body warms it up by the time you go to take it.

But since your test is random, looks like you are going to be walking farther to school.

Or wearing a bladder full of piss around with you all day long.

 

just fyi, the people you live with may not appreciate you freezing a bunch of bottles of piss =)

theoretically, that could work though. Find out if they actually do lab testing (expensive) or dip a strip in your cup (much cheaper). you are in the clear if they do in-house strip testing, because then you can just drink gallons of water with b12, since they don't test for dilution.
