Random drug test coming up

    So I smoked a gram Saturday night with a friend so actually .5, so I have a drug test every 2 weeks or so and I just dropped last Friday. I'm just gonna workout every day and run 2 miles, and just keep a water bottle around all day, so if I do have to drop unexpectedly I will have diluted pee. What you guys think about this plan? It's a cup test so 50 nanogram cut off and they never look at ph, creatine, and even if my pee is almost clear they don't care.

    Do you smoke weed very frequently? If not, you will be totally fine. 3-7 days.

    No, very rarely I'll be off papers December 10th, I just really wanted to smoke and I dropped the day before so I knew I would have a 2-2 1/2 week time frame ti another test
