So gc last night i was walking to the mcdonalds. i was smoking a cigarette and i passed this girl. she was just hangin out. she says "hey, do you have a cigarette?". i walked over to her, slipped a cigarette out from behind my ear and gave it to her, and then lit it for her. as i was walking away she said "i bet it's big" oooh shit after this, i just had to talk to her. so during our chat, i found out that if i had 50 bucks, i coulda got some dome lol. i said goodbye to her... well anyways. when i got to mcdonalds there were definitely 2 pieces of jailbait and idk i was high and bored so i started macking on them. my food literally took 20 minutes.. so i went outside and smoked a bowl with them, they had some pretty dank weed. then i got my food and left. no harm no foul, right?
Not always true. You can be 18 and have a perfectly legal relationship with a 16 or 17 year old. It all depends on what state you live in. In other states, there's also "Romeo and Juliet" laws that carry much lighter penalties for relationships with people under 18, usually if they're within 2 or 3 years of your age.
No dude, 16 year olds in Michigan can have sex with people under 18. People over 18 cannot legally have sex with people under 18.
