Hey posted a forum recently about inline fans. I am wondering what quiet ones there are out there in the UK. It's really putting me off my grow with the hum my fans atm gives off. It's so annoying my neighbours will hear that for sure when it gets quiet at night.
I went with rhino. Got the 720cmh one. Bit pricy but with the insulated ducting i cant hear anything outside the attic. Keeps things that smell free that i dont even have a door on my tent. Sent from my SM-J330FN using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Can always get a speed controller and run it slower. Build a box around it packed with insulation and get some sound deadening ducting for it. I use 1000W HID in a 8x7x6.5'h room and never had to run my 6" no-name fan faster than half speed. Bearings are starting to go on that old thing so looking into the Vortex S series just because it's a sexy thang with a 10 year warranty and not because it's supposed to be quiet. Noise isn't a concern for me.
