Quick watts/lumens related question

    Can I expect a decent plant with 170 watts/10800 lumens(In total, not per sq.ft)(CFL's)

    Yes if you plant to grow one single plant with 170wts. you will be able to grow a healthy plant. Get those cfl's close though 2-3 in.
