I'm pretty sure resetting tolerance you just have to wait. But having a higher metabolism helps so eating healthy and exercising could technically help a bit but mostly just need to wait. You can apparently clear THC out from being detected on a drug test but that's like fat metabolites and isn't related to the cannabinoid receptors recieving THC often and building a tolerance.

Using less is really their best option to keep from building a high tolerance

Decarb first 240 F for 40 minutes (weed baked in the oven uncovered)
Next grind to dust if using buds.

5 grams decarbed Kief, Hash, or Powdered Buds
2.5 teaspoons Coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon Lecithin
Combine
Heat 220 F for 20 minutes
Freeze
Heat 220 F for 20 minutes

Done.
