New grower here starting my first. Need to know if it is ok to put the seeds that have just germinated and placed in the soil under my 400 watter. It's the only light I have and I've read you shouldn't put newly germinated seeds under that much light. Will this be ok?
Yeah, i've done this plenty of times. Might shock the plant in the beginning but it should be fine soon after.
For the sake of energy you should go with a smaller light. If the 400 is all you have keep it about 18 inches away from your babies. As they grow you can slowly lower the light. good luck
