Are they auto flower? If they are then yes. If not they are preflowers. You can veg as long as you want pretty much. Pics would be helpful. Also Congrats on the Girl

I have no idea about outdoor. But its april and I thought usually outdoor was harvested in the fall? No idea really to be honest so dont take my word. But the way you describe it does sound like its is flowering.
