    So I'm got a number from my friend for his dealer. Whats the best way to introduce myself without seeming sketchy or anything. My friend is out of town, so I can't really bring him along.

    Just call him up and tell him your a friend of so and so and that he gave you his number. Just be like, Hi my name is so and so and I got your number from so and so, I hope that cool?....then be like yeah my friend so and so told me you got the hookup for the green....then ask him what his prices are. How long is your friend out of town? You could also wait for him to get back in town and introduce you or you could get him to call the dealer up and have him talk to the guy and tell him to expect your call.

    ^Yea definitely what these guys have already said, key is just don't beat around the bush. Introduce yourself and get straight to the point
