Just planted a few new seeds a day ago, and I was wondering if it mattered at all if I kept the light running while theyre not sprouted yet. Im trying to avoid fungus gnats 100% and I know seedlings need to be kept moist. I had them my first grow and it was the worst I was picking them out of the buds with tweezers. I planted these seeds I got from a NYC Diesel plant I grew, I pollinated her with Sour Diesel. every nyc plant I grew turned out female and some stinky. I cant wait to see the results on these seeds.
You don't need light until they pop the surface, but I always have a bulb or something going anyways. It's up to you.
