well im gona purchase one of these : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130086513736 and i just need to know if it needs to be plugged into a ballast or not. because if you do where can i get a cheap ballast becasue they seem pretty expensive. thanks
