Well I have two 24inch 20 watt T5's and I have a few questions. First off is it even possible to grow with these lights and will they provide enough light and energy to produce solid plants. How do these compare to CFL's and other lights that are lower watts? Will I be able to use these lights from start to finish? Also any tips would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance GC
I would say no, it isnt enough. I use 2 T5's to start clones, 2 ft bulbs (24 watts). For good veg and flower you will need 100 watts, plus 50 watts more per additional plant. (ie: 4 plants...250w, 8 plants 450) That would be a min. The more light the better as long as you can control the temps. SignSmoker
