I have three plants with purple/red stems and blue under their leaves. My veg nutes are low in phosphorus. I have a Gro A and Gro B along with Bloom a and Bloom b.

Option 1: Use Bloom B in veg for phosphorus problem
Option 2: Use Schultz All Purpose that is 10-15-10
Option 3: Use "Veg fortifier" (part of my nutrient line) 12-40-12

I would like to go with option three but i notice the other 2 nutrients are 12 so still high. Should I maybe buy veg fortifier and use it at 1/2 strength along with watering aiming for a higher PH?

My PH was at 5.8 - 6.3 runoff for the plants, should I use PH up to raise it too 6.8, could nutrient lockout be a problem?
