what would be the sufficient wattage needed for 2 plants in a 39"L x 15"W x 26.5"H grow box? I found a good deal for 4x85*watt (actual, not equivalent; 2x 2700K, 2x 6500K). Would these be enough to get me through both veg and flower stages? Is there a better setup I could do with more bulbs with less watts? Keep in mind my box is on the shorter side so the plants won't be growing tall. Related question - would scrog be the way to go for this reason to get the most yield or can I get by with some lst?
Yesir that's more than enough. The rule normally is 100w per plant, and 50w for each additional plant. For veg I would recommend using 3, 6500k and 1 2700k, for flowering, use 3 2700k, and 1 6500k.
