Can you set inline centrifugal style fans so that they are blowing directly upward? I just thought they might need to be on their side, but can they be placed at any angle? Also I got some hi-lo hangers that don't want to lock. They pull down, but never want to stay, they shoot right back up. They are the kind from htgsupply. Thanks for your input!
yes you can hang it upwards, and for the problem with the hangars add some weight to the light like a hammer or some pop or something, its just not heavy enough to keep it down.
