I currently have two white widow plants set up in my closet (2feet Wide x 5 feet Tall x 3 feet deep rough estimate) and they are vegging under 4 26w cfls. I was just wondering if a 250w hps would work when i switch to 12/12? or do i need to get a 400w hps?
You can stay with CFL's my friend. Get like 4 of the 42w of 2700K warm white CFL's, and 1 or 2 of the 26w soft white 3000K CFL's. This should do fine, but if you want to switch to HPS, you can go with the 250w.. just make sure you have adequate cooling and ventilation, or you will get temps that are in the high 80's which is a no-no
you could do either, a 400 will produce heavier danker buds, but u need mopre ventilation to keep it around 75 deg
