What brand/model pump do you use to circulate the water in your rez.i wanna buy it online. Also, So I buy a 55 gal rez how to i get enoguh pressure to shoot the water thru the hose? i dont get it.

I use a 1/2 HP submersible pump called the MONDI pump. I don't run hydro, but I use a chiller and water cooled things. Hence the pump. I don't understand what you don't understand. You connect the line to the pump, and then put the pump in your water container. Then plug in the pump and it will pump water through your lines. If you get an in-line pump, it is the same deal but the pump doesn't go underwater, and you have to run a pipe to the res. for the pump to draw from.
