    So if im walking down the street after smoking a bowl or something can a cop search my person if i smell like weed?

    different states different laws try searching norml.com for the laws in your area.
    edit dont think just b/c the law might say they cant search you that they wont. itll be your word vs. theirs, not good odds

    well its illegal to be under the influence so if he thinks you're high then ur fucked lol.. idk really know what'll happen tho...

    It depends on the laws in your area. Usually it's if they detain you they can only search for weapons. But, if they arrest you they are allowed to search for anything illegal. And smelling like weed would most likely give the officer probable cause to search you.
